Ⅰ、Educational Objectives
培 养具有可持续发展理念,掌握资源环境与城乡规划管理的基本理论、基本技能,具有较高的资源环境分析评价与城乡规划设计、管理技能,能在科研机构、相关院 校、企事业单位和行政管理部门从事资源管理、城乡生态建设和城镇规划的应用型高级专门人才;或继续攻读硕士学位的专门人才。
Students of this specialty should learn fundamental knowledge and skills of the Urban and Rural Planning& Resources Management; they should be qualified for teaching, scientific research, resource exploitation and planning, management, or be able to pursue further study for master’s degree.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ、Skills Profile
掌握马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的基本原理,树立科学的世界观和为人民服务的人生观,热爱社会主义祖国,努力为我国现代化建设服务。具有艰苦奋斗、热爱劳动、遵纪守法、团结合作的精神和良好的社会公德。
具有一定的体育和军事基本知识,养成良好的体育锻炼和卫生习惯,达到大学生体育和军训合格标准,具有健康的体魄。
本 专业要求掌握资源环境与城乡规划管理所需数学及计算机科学等相关学科的基本理论和技能;系统地掌握资源环境与规划管理的基本原理、知识和技能;了解地理 学、资源科学、生态学、环境科学、管理科学的一般原理和方法;掌握遥感应用、地理信息系统的基本技能和方法;了解我国资源环境保护、可持续发展战略等方面 的有关政策法规。了解资源环境与城乡规划管理的前沿问题、应用前景和发展动态。掌握资料查询、文献检索及运用现代信息技术获取有关信息的基本方法;熟练掌 握一门外语。
The students should understand the essential principles of Marxism and Leninism, Mao Zedong thoughts and Deng Xiaoping theories, adopt scientific outlook on world and life, love the socialistic motherland, contribute to the national socialist modernization, and be moral individuals who are law-abiding, hard working and cooperative.
Students of this specialty should meet the requirements of gym and military training and cultivate the habit of exercise in order to strengthen their physique.
Students of this specialty are required to learn the fundamental knowledge and skills in Resources, Environment and Town-village Planning and Management systematically; to understand its necessary correlative subjects, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer sciences, etc.; to comprehend general principles and methods in geography, ecology, environmental science, management; to master basic skills and methods in Remote Sensing Application and Geographic Information System; to comprehend national legislations of resource management and environmental protection in China and the contemporary trends in researches on Resources, Environment and Town-village Planning and Management worldwide; to learn the methods of searching, collecting and analyzing materials and data; and to master a foreign language.
